We teach our members authentic boxing technique while providing a fun, motivating and empowering atmosphere for athletes of all levels! Our classes range from 8-12 participants per session to ensure everyone gets the proper coaching and attention they need. Our programs also include supplemental workouts to do on your own (via the TrueCoach app), so you can continue to learn and progress in between sessions!
INTRO TO BOXING - Interested in getting started but don't know where to begin? Our Intro to Boxing class is the perfect way to get the ball rolling! In this class you'll learn how to wrap your hands, how to warm up properly, how to set up in a proper boxing stance, how to properly execute the 1-2, and how to perform basic footwork mechanics. Expect to work hard, but the goal of this class is to teach you the basics of boxing and help you walk out of the door feeling confident and ready for more.
BOXING FUNDAMENTALS - Build your confidence by practicing fundamental drills and movements under the watchful eye of an expert coach! This class is designed to improve your skill level through repetition and consistency. Each 1-hour class includes a group warm-up, footwork and punching drills, shadow boxing, and optional punching bag practice.
BOXING CONDITIONING - Learn basic boxing skills while improving your coordination, stamina, and strength! Each 1-hour class includes a group warm-up, a strength training circuit, movement drills, punching bag practice, and a bit of one-on-one mitt work.
FITNESS BOXING - Practice your boxing skills and get your heart rate pumping with multiple circuits of bag work, basic plyometric training, and core conditioning! Each 45-minute class includes a group warm-up and a fast paced mix of boxing, strength, and conditioning exercises. Suitable for all ages and abilities, this class is designed for those looking for a fun, fast-paced, and highly motivating way to get fit.
YOUTH BOXING - Designed for ages 6-12, our youth class combines boxing and bodyweight conditioning drills into a fun, safe, action packed 45-minute class. Our mission is to help your children gain confidence, build discipline, and develop winning skills for life.
